PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE
STUDENT UNION BOARD OF GOVERNORS CONSTITUTION

March 13, 2002

Reference:         ARTICLE 4.0 – APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS

                         Line 4.19 – The three At-Large students representing diverse or special campus interests shall be nominated by a SUBOG selection committee and ratified by the new SUBOG.

Proposed change:

                         Line 4.19 – The two At-Large students representing diverse or special campus interests shall be nominated by a SUBOG selection committee and ratified by the new SUBOG. 

 Line 4.21 – The Chairperson of the Mosaic Center Committee automatically becomes a Board member upon the ratification of the Mosaic Center Committee Chair Selection process. (14.6).
